Memorial Day

Finally we have a long weekend. I've been waiting for this since the beginning of the year. The weather has been cooperating too, these few days have been exceptionally nice and warm. I do not like to take walks when it's raining! I guess I have already established that I'm rather finicky in terms of cleanliness... We managed to take a drive too. Don't you like the wind in your hair?

Of course it's all about DOGS not CATS. We actually like people. We don't treat you like dirt. Even in yoga we have the downward facing dog and what do they have? Cat stretch? So tired after all these yoga talk...

Jessie

I am Jessie, a miniature schnauzer who is going to be 3 years old in June 2010. I have a great shiny coat of salt and pepper curly hair. My distinctive furry muzzle really fits my German namesake. My eyelashes are out of this world. No mascara ever required. They are long, lush and ultra black. I am finicky and neat. I would not ever sit down on the dirt, on the pavement, on the grass and god forbid on concrete. What are all the other dogs thinking? Do they have any idea how dirty those surfaces could be? I rather be tired standing on my four lean and long legs. I love to be with people except for people in uniforms. I do not like skateboards or other harsh noise making vehicles. My life is pretty sweet. I sleep, I eat, I take walks four times a day, I play, I practice yoga and can do a perfect downward facing dog.
